Pizza Dough
170 ml water
3 g instant dry yeast
300 g all-purpose flour
5 g salt
8 g sugar
28 g olive oil
- Chicken Marinade
700 g chicken boneless (thigh or breast)
salt (to taste)
1 tsp paprika powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp cajun powder
1 tsp oregano, basil, thyme (Italian herbs)
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
- Alfredo Sauce
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp garlic (minced)
half onion (chopped)
400 ml fresh cream
120 ml milk
salt (to taste)
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp blackpepper powder
1 tsp red chili flakes
100 g cream cheese
90 g grated parmesan cheese
oil (for brushing the pan)

Tomatoes

Instructions
- Prepare the Dough
- Activate the yeast
In a bowl, pour water. Add yeast. Stir well and set aside. - Make the dough
In a separate bowl, add flour, salt and sugar. Mix well - Add the yeast mixture into the flour. Add olive oil and mix to form a dough. Knead on a floured surface for 7-10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Let it rise
Once the dough is smooth adn elastic place it in a bowl. Brush with oil on top. Cover and let rise for 1-1.5 hours in a warm place until doubled in size. - Cook the Chicken
- Season the chicken
Add all the marinade ingredients into the chicken. Mix well until fully coated - Cook the chicken
Heat the pan over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken until cooked through and lightly browned. Turn off the heat and transfer the chicken into a separate bowl. - Make the Alfredo Sauce
- Melt butter & garlic
In a separate pan, melt butter. Add garlic saute for 30 seconds until fragrant. Add onion and saute well. Add fresh cream, milk and stir well. Add the alfredo spices simmer and stir for 3-5 minutes or until the sauce thickens. Add cream cheese then parmesan cheese and stir until completly melted. Once the sauce has thickened turn off the heat. Transfer in a bowl and set aside. - Assemble the Pizza
- Roll the dough
Now, take the dough gently punch down the risen dough. Lightly brush the pizza pan (32cm pizza pan). Place the dough onto the brushed pan. Use your fingertips to gently press and stretch the dough, stating from the center and working outward. Gently define the crust edge by pressing lightly around the outer rim. Once the crust is shaped, use a fork to gently prick the surface of the dough in the center (avoid the edges) - Spread the sauce
Spoon the prepared Alfredo sauce onto the center of the dough. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the entire surface of the pizza. Arrange the sliced onions evenly across the surface of the pizza. Scatter the seedless chopped tomatoes over the onions. Distribute the cooked seasoned chicken pieces evenly on top of the vegetables. Sprinkle an additional layer of shredded mozzarella cheese over the top. - Bake & Serve
- Bake the pizza
Lightly brush the outer crust edge with olive oil. Finally, place sliced black olives with evenly across the top of the pizza. Preheat your oven to 250c and bake for 10-12 or 15-18 minutes. Once bake to perfection, carefully remove the pizza from the oven and allow it to rest for 2-3 minutes. Using a sharp pizza cutter or knife, slice the pizza into even portions typically 6 to 8 slices, depending on the size. Serve hot and fresh, optionally garnished with a sprinkle of chilli flakes, oregano, or freshly chopped parsley.
