These rich and flavorful Mutton Dahi Kebabs are soft, juicy, and perfectly spiced, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Blended with creamy yogurt and aromatic herbs, they’re pan-seared to golden perfection, making them an irresistible appetizer or side dish for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 850 g mutton /beef /chicken mince

  • I used mutton mince with 20% fat

  • 250g Greek yogurt

  • 1 Medium size onion (fine chopped & squeeze)

  • 2tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste

  • 4-5 green chilies (fine chopped)

  • Handful Fresh coriander leaves ( chopped)

  • 1tsp ground cumin

  • 1tbsp ground coriander

  • 1tsp chili flakes

  • Salt to taste

  • 1tsp red chilli powder

  • 1/2 tsp turmeric

  • 1tsp kachri powder

  • 1tsp garm masala

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 2 tbsp Seekh kabab masala

  • 3 tbsp plain flour

  • Oil for frying

Directions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the all ingredients except plain flour
  • Next day take out the mixture, add plain flour and mix well
  • Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze out the mixture in bite size kebabs
  • You can either shallow fry or deep fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown .
  • Soft, juicy and melt in mouth kebabs are ready
  • You can make paratha roll from these kebabs or enjoy as it is!
