Ingredients
- Marinade
850 g chicken thigh (skinless & boneless)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cayenne powder
2 tbsp olive oil
- Buffalo Sauce
300g or 1 1/3 cup hot Sauce
1 tsp garlic powder or minced garlic
1 tsp chili powder
20g (1) tbsp worcestershire sauce or you can use soy sauce as a substitute
1 tbsp white vinegar
130g (10) tbsp unsalted butter
pinch of salt
- Other ingredients
2 tbsp parsley
300 g shredded Cheese or as required
any dinner rolls
ranch sauce
30 g melted butter
1 tbsp fresh Parsley (fresh green coriander)
1 tsp minced garlic
Directions
- Start by seasoning chicken with the marinade ingredients
- Let marinade for 30 minutes. Cook the chicken until done.
- Add the cooked chicken pieces to a bowl, add the Buffalo sauce ingredients & chopped fresh coriander. Mix well to combine and slice the rolls in half lengthwise.
- Place the bottom half of the rolls onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Top with ranch and buffalo chicken.
- Add the shredded cheese and place the top half of the roll over the cheese.
- Bake at 250c for 10 minutes.
- Next, In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic and parsley.
- Mix well and brush the tops of the rolls. Bake it again for 5 minutes.
