65g (½ cup) chopped cucumber
65g (½ cup) chopped bell pepper
65g (½ cup) chopped red onion
65g (½ cup) chopped cabbage
3–4 chopped green chilies
¼ cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp black pepper powder
Salt, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 pickled cucumber, chopped
250g mayonnaise
40g (3 tbsp) fresh cream
White bread slices (or any bread of choice)
Red chili sauce (optional)
Butter for spreading (optional)
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, all chopped veggies, green chilies, coriander, pickled cucumber, lemon juice, black pepper, and salt.
- Add mayonnaise and fresh cream. Mix thoroughly until creamy and well combined. Taste and adjust seasonings.
- Take bread slices, trim the edges if desired. Optionally, spread butter first.
- Spread a thin layer of red chili sauce on the bread (optional, for extra flavor).
