2 cups (300g) all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1½ tbsp powdered sugar
2 tbsp melted ghee or butter
Warm water, as needed

90g (½ cup) sour cream
45g (3 tbsp) mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp paprika powder
½ tsp chili powder
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ tsp cumin powder
½ tsp coriander powder
½ tsp oregano
¾ tsp salt
1 tsp fajita seasoning

1½ cups mixed bell peppers (cut into long strips)

Directions
- Â Marinate the Chicken
