The Ultimate Melt In your Mouth Dahi kebab Recipe

Ingredients
850 g mutton /beef /chicken mince
I used mutton mince with 20% fat
250g Greek yogurt
1 Medium size onion (fine chopped & squeeze)
2tbsp Ginger & Garlic paste
4-5 green chilies (fine chopped)
Handful Fresh coriander leaves ( chopped)
1tsp ground cumin
1tbsp ground coriander
1tsp chili flakes
Salt to taste
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1tsp kachri powder
1tsp garm masala
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tbsp Seekh kabab masala
3 tbsp plain flour
Oil for frying
Directions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the all ingredients except plain flour
- Next day take out the mixture, add plain flour and mix well
- Transfer the mixture into a piping bag and squeeze out the mixture in bite size kebabs
- You can either shallow fry or deep fry on both sides for 3-4 minutes until golden brown .
- Soft, juicy and melt in mouth kebabs are ready
- You can make paratha roll from these kebabs or enjoy as it is!
